Alcala de Henares, ancient university

The facade of the old university and college of San Ildefonso overlooks San Diego Square. One of the oldest Spanish universities, founded in 1499. It is considered the hallmark of the city of Alcala de Henares.
Study from nature. I was painting, sitting on the base of some monument standing in the middle of the square. My hostel was behind me. At first, the trees growing in the square in San Diego Square protected me from the sun. But I had to finish the work in the sun, which again greatly worried the compassionate passers-by.
The work is framed in a vintage frame and a coffee brown passepartout with protective glass.
The size in the frame is 43x53 cm.
