Biography

In 2013, I entered ODASHI in the city of Ulyanovsk.
Having studied for 9 years, I received 2 diplomas. Because of my absences and bad relations with one of the teachers, I never managed to finish any course with honors.
I worked slower than the rest of the group and often could not bring myself to attend class, because of which I handed in my work late.
After graduating from art school, I stopped writing and immersed myself in my studies and personal life.

In April 2023, before my close friend's birthday, I wondered if I could give her something more than just a gift.
I set up my workspace according to the usual scenario and started writing. But the process was different: I posed in the light in the mirror, carefully selecting shades and shadows. I was so engrossed in this that I finished the painting in 2 days, the first time so quickly in my then existing practice.

I explore different styles in each subject, but stick to one mood - peace within my storms. In creating, I manage to relate to my anxieties, to be able to curb my feelings.

My goal is to give the viewer the possibility of solitude in its full manifestation, despite the external madness. The opportunity to build a corner of the soul where it has long belonged, be it an empty wall, a shelf in your apartment, an art space or a piece of your memory. Where you need it to be.
