Emotionality

I thought long and hard about what to call this work, because the "Circus" series is about the hidden emotions people hide behind social masks. Each painting in this series evokes some kind of emotion, and accordingly, the title also evokes a certain feeling or emotion. In this work, I was too captivated by the beautiful form of the clown and his hands, and so I couldnt figure out what emotion or feeling it conveyed. So, you know, I decided to call it "Emotionality" or "Emotions," because, in my opinion, he is the living embodiment of feelings and emotions themselves.

This oil painting on canvas measures 100x75 cm. Its stretched on a 4 cm thick stretcher bar. It looks great unframed. It has all the necessary fastenings, so its ready to hang on the wall.
