The artists description of the painting: "My work is located in the Predzavodskoy district (Kemerovo), where I always wait for the tram with special trepidation. It feels as if an old master, despite his venerable age and fatigue, remains true to his calling and slowly but surely fulfills his duty, continuing to move along the always-desired path. You know you can count on him even on a chilly autumn day. I remember once waiting longer than usual for a tram in cold, damp autumn weather. And this time, because of the long wait, its appearance became especially pleasant and joyful. The tram seemed so old to me that I even entered, stepping softly and carefully so as not to disturb the frail old man. And yet, behind this fatigue, a special beauty was hidden, and with great desire I decided to paint this particular tram that I remembered."
