Quiet and deep – 3
This portrait seems to arise from space — as if the breath of time itself has formed a face full of mystery, silence and inner light. Its about the inexpressible, about what you can feel, but its hard to explain. It contains silence, thoughtfulness, depth of feelings and a slight sadness that makes a person alive.
I wanted to convey a state of fragility and strength at the same time — when a person is open to the world, but at the same time immersed in himself. There are no sharp boundaries in this work — everything dissolves, flows over, leaving the viewer space for their feeling. The look here says more than words, and the textured surface reminds us that beauty is often born in imperfection.
This is the third work in the series "Quietly and Deeply", a series where I explore inner silence, the depth of the gaze and the power of unspoken emotions.
The work was done using the authors technique on high-quality paper 360g/m, using watercolor pencil and acrylic. Varnished. This is graphics that you can touch and it wont harm it.
