You probably ask why the work is not done on canvas? I will answer. This basis allows me to work out the details more thoroughly and realistically. At the same time, it is more durable and not subject to deformation.
The picture is framed in a wide frame of dark wood with an additional mat. Such a frame well focuses attention on the painting itself. And it also makes the decorated work rather large and spectacular, which allows it to fit into the interior succinctly.
