Chernobyl. Last Day of Pripyat. The accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant April 26, 1986

The circular contour of a plot isnt casual, he repeats himself the Big wheel contour (which it is visible behind a window), only instead of booths on it – signs of radiation and the split atom.
The left, lower part of a picture displays events of elimination of consequences of the Chernobyl accident of later time – miners at the time of creation of a tunnel, what to reach directly under the damaged reactor, for creation under it the special camera with liquid nitrogen (subsequently the given camera was concreted simply).
In the foreground - the generalized image of the liquidator of accident, it can be both the military and the health worker, and the ordinary citizen who decided on assistance despite danger of death. The naked torso symbolizes vulnerability, fragility of the human life put on fight against a radioactive flame.
