Kilt Rock Falls, Scotland

The painting from the Purification series, dedicated to waterfalls, was painted for Artlife Fest 2022. Participated in the exhibition in Manezh, Moscow.

Running water washes away and carries away everything - not only dirt, but also heavy thoughts, bad mood, sadness. This series became art therapy for the author after the shock of the events of February 2022.
The works were also painted with the participation of water - in a mixed technique "watercolor underpainting + pastel" - and combine elements of both painting and graphics.
