The Ushkova House is one of the most striking architectural gems of Kazan. This mansion, built in the early 20th century, impresses with its beauty and unique history. Today it is part of the National Library of the Republic of Tatarstan, but its luxurious interiors and exquisite facade continue to delight tourists and locals.
The mansion was a gift from merchant Alexei Ushkov to his fiancee Zinaida, and every detail of the house is thought out to the smallest detail. The architecture of the building combines elements of Art Nouveau, Baroque and classicism, which makes it a real work of art.
