Biography

Born January 11, 1966 in Zelenodolsk, Republic of Tatarstan, Russia. Began drawing at the age of 6. Studied at the Zelenodolsk Art School from 1976 to 1980.
In 1981 entered the Art College, Republic of Mari El, Volzhsk. Graduated from the college in 1984 with a degree in artist-designer. In 1987 entered the Herzen Pedagogical University, St. Petersburg. At the art and graphic department. At the same time, he attended auditor classes at the Repin Academy of Arts.
In 1991 moved to Kazan.
From 1991 to 1993 participated in the restoration work of the Cathedral of Peter and Paul, Kazan. Restoration of paintings, iconostasis, icons, gilding, wood carving.
Since 1992, he has actively participated in exhibitions in Kazan, as part of a group of independent young artists, the Dastan group.
In 1996-1998, I participated in exhibitions at the House of Artists in Moscow. Moscow International Art Salon 96-98.
Annually participated in the National Cultural Project "Art Salon", at VDNKh in Kazan.
From 1999-2002, he held personal exhibitions in various cities of Turkey: Ankara, Iskesehir, Nevsehir, Antalya, Istanbul.
Since 2004, I have been collaborating with galleries in Kazan, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Tyumen.
Recently I have been working with online galleries, which give me the opportunity to show my work and find many fans and buyers all over the world. My works are in private collections in the USA, Italy, Germany, Australia, Turkey, Japan, etc.
I work in the following genres: landscape, cityscape, still life, portrait, caricature, wall painting. I am engaged in the restoration and reconstruction of icons.
