View from the hill to the volga in khvalynsk

This work was written in the framework of the festival Of Khvalynsk plein airs. A large-scale festival of artistic creativity is held in Khvalynsk. In 2018, the festival is dedicated to the 140th anniversary of the honored artist Of the K. S. Petrov - Vodkin and the 90th anniversary of Khvalynsky district.
