Autumn is coming, it’s August outside

No matter how pleasant August may be with its fine days, the air is already filled with the breath of autumn, knocking birds into flocks, throwing snares in the wind and filling the mornings with abundant fogs... I wrote this sketch at the end of August on the banks of the Tesha, near the village of Zarechnoye, as part of a collective "Arzamas Plein Air 2023" event. The painting will be exhibited at an upcoming exhibition in the citys exhibition hall.
