Vorontsovo Pole Street, Indian Embassy, spring

On Vorontsovo Pole Street there is the "House of Conversing Snakes" and the Indian embassy. The Art Nouveau style, it seems to me, mainly determines its architectural appearance.
The Latyshev-Bakhrushin-Bardygin estate (House of the Talking Snakes, since 1952 the Embassy of India) is a large city estate in Moscow on Vorontsovo Pole Street. At various times from the end of the 19th to the beginning of the 20th century, it belonged to influential dynasties: the Latyshevs, the Bakhrushins, the Bardygins, the Vogau and the Marks. It was repeatedly rebuilt, and received its current appearance after the reconstruction in 1911, which was headed by the architect Ivan Baryutin. The main mansion of the estate has received the unofficial nickname "House of Conversing Snakes" for its characteristic decor. Since 1952, the estate has been occupied by the Indian Embassy.
The ends of the painting are painted over, no frame is required.
