I spied on this scene in the Alexander Garden on a May evening in 2010. Adorable young girls spread carelessly on the lawn, among the daisies. The rays of the setting sun shone through the foliage of the trees and clusters of blooming lilacs.
In 2010, it was possible to sit on the grass in the Alexander Garden.
