Moscow, girl-violinist on Arbat

A scene that I saw on the Moscow Arbat a few years ago.
Passers-by were walking along the street about their business. The girl played the violin. In the open violin case, lying nearby on the pavement, was attached the inscription: "I am from Lugansk."
