Mont-Saint-Michel rises like a vision from the mist — distant, yet unmistakably present.
Its silhouette crowns the horizon, echoing centuries of silence, faith, and awe.
A place where the land breathes in rhythm with the sea, and time itself slows.

This painting was selected to be exhibited at the 2025 Annual Exhibition of the Union of Pastel Artists.

I don’t aim to cover the entire surface of the canvas or paper — I intentionally leave small areas untouched. The color of the paper is chosen carefully and becomes part of the composition, adding light, air, and a sense of space. This approach gives the artwork freshness, lightness, and helps the viewer focus on what matters most.
