Khudaferin Bridge

The painting is based on my live impressions after visiting the bridge. It is painted in the realism genre and has a high level of detail. The bridge itself is 1,000 years old and is called Khudafarin. It is still in working condition and is located in the Karabakh region of the Republic of Azerbaijan. It connects Northern Azerbaijan with Southern Azerbaijan (which is currently part of Iran) and is built across the Araks River. The bridge is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The painting is a one-of-a-kind piece, and I do not plan to re-paint it. In real life, the painting has a more mesmerizing atmosphere, and the scale and high level of detail are impressive. It is primed with a glue-based primer and additionally treated with a natural, high-quality damar varnish. There are no cracks, and I guarantee that there will be none. The painting is presented in a gallery format, which means that the sides of the canvas are painted black and do not require a frame. However, if you wish, you can add a frame (baguette).
