Still life with poppies

The painting depicts a still life with poppies and scattered cherries, depicted on Cape Aya, which is beyond Balaklava not far from the Genoese fortress of Chembalo. A defensive fortification was built in this place during the Second World War, since the entire surrounding area is clearly visible in this place.
