Illusion

This work called "Illusion" actually depicts a location where motor and sailboats are repaired. And walking along the pier, at that moment when I wanted to capture the boat rising above the bushes, I really had a kind of illusion of reality. The painting was made based on using my own photography as an archive from a trip to Turkey (October 2022, November 2023). Thus, most of the paintings began with the series "Observation" implying harmonious landscapes in the coast of Mugla region at different times of the day. The angle of the position was also taken from a real location.
