Mountain and the Sky

This work, titled "Mountain and Sky", depicts the contrast of a dark mountain against the sunset after the sun has set. The painting was made using my own photography as an archive from a trip to Turkey (October 2022, November 2023). Thus, most of the paintings began with the "Observation" series, implying harmonious landscapes in the coast of Mugla region at different times of the day. The angle of the position was also taken from a real location.
