Kizhi

The old Russian wooden church on the shore of Lake Onega in Kizhi. The Church of the Transfiguration and its 22 domes were made by Russian carpenters without a single nail. In the background of the picture through the dense clouds that covered the blue sky, the rays of the sun make their way, illuminating the domes.
