Irises

The painting "Irises" is created using the techniques of etching and aquatint. It is a large graphic sheet, measuring 49 x 39 cm. This work was printed by the artist on an etching press, using etching paints, and tinted with watercolors. The engraving depicts irises in the foreground and a pond with koi carp in the background. The work has a mysterious evening mood. "Stars in the sky, stars in the water, and in my heart..."
