View of Elbrus

The authors painting was made after a trip to the Caucasus. This view opens on the way to the Bermamyt plateau. The work is done in pastel with detail. It was important to convey the presence of several plans in the work, to create a feeling of air and to simultaneously show the proximity of the volcano and its remoteness. The work took 3rd place in an exhibition-competition in Serbia.
