Unspoken

The work expresses the afterword of a relationship that is over, but still hurts inside. A symbolic composition in which each element tells about something. The shards are a broken heart. They reflect everything that happens at the end of the relationship. A partner who has turned away and is about to leave. A broken shard is causing pain when parting. Two extinguished candles are the extinguished feelings of two people. The drops on the glass are shed tears. The hand on the upper fragment, facing upwards, is a symbol of a ghostly hope that everything can still get better. The red thread is the connection between people and the emphasis on the main "events".
The work is inspired by the song "Unspoken" by the British band Hurts.
