Panoramic windows

This painting vividly demonstrates our alienation from nature. We admire its beauty with admiration through the huge windows of our cozy apartments and houses. Our walks are limited only to well-groomed paths, treated from ticks, where every step is calculated in advance and safe. But we can no longer decide to go deeper, deeper into the forest, onto unknown paths. We simply lost this connection, becoming unsuited to the wild world that was once our home.
