Blue Bridge, Saint Petersburg, Winter

Winter wrapped up St. Petersburg in thick snow. Above the white branches of trees the dome of St. Isaacs Cathedral rises. In the distance, through the frosty haze, the spire of the Admiralty can be seen. Not far from the cathedral is the monument to Nicholas I. The stone banks of the Moika are crowned with forged razor rails. In the foreground of the picture is the snow-covered Blue Bridge.
