Beyond the edge

My painting depicts a group of birches painted from an unusual angle — from bottom to top, as if the viewer is lying on the ground and looking up. This gives the trees a grandeur and creates a feeling of infinity of their aspiration to the sky. Snow-white trunks of birch trees with black strips of bark, drawn with fine details, stretch to the very center of the picture, where a bright, clear sky stretches.
The peculiarity of this painting is the use of threads that are not just part of the image, but also go beyond its boundaries, giving the work volume and layering. These threads, intertwining with each other, create the illusion of a continuation of the branches of birch trees extending beyond the canvas.
