Biography
Vladimir Neumann (born 09.09 1956 in Volgograd)- Soviet, Russian painter, restorer. Member of the Union of Artists.
From 1969 to 1975, he studied at the Secondary Art School at the Academy of Arts. From 1975 to 1982, he studied as a volunteer at the Department of Restoration of the Faculty of Painting of the I.E. Repin Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture.
From 1982 to 1991, he was the Art director of the Leningrad Circus, then worked as a freelance artist.
He is engaged in monumental and easel painting, temple painting, frescoes and restoration.
