Biography

Sergey Panin - the Deserved artist of the Russian Federation, a member of the Creative union of artists of Russia, the international federation of artists and the International art fund of the Moscow association of artists.
The artist actively and fruitfully cooperates with the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation (more than fifty personal exhibitions in military establishments of culture of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation).
For personal exhibitions the artist was repeatedly encouraged with Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation and the Government of Moscow.
Under Panina Sergey Anatol'evicha's initiative in Moscow it is created three permanent expositions of his(its) pictures in which it is totaled more than 250 products of painting.
Panin S.A. has brightly shown the talent of the artist at registration of one of unique Moscow architectural structures - cinema "Ударник". « Architecture, design, construction » the artist is awarded for participation in city exhibitions diplomas of the first and second degree. Panin S.A. has brought in the big personal contribution to registration of an interior of cinema "Зарядье". Painting, a water color, the diagram on themes: « the Moscow Kremlin », « Etudes of Moscow suburbs », « Old Moscow », « Monasteries and churches of Russia » have substantially raised interest at muscovites and visitors of capital to a history of Moscow and Russia.
Painting of the artist is a vivid example of continuation of traditions of classical school of great Russian masters. At an exhibition devoted to a 180-anniversary of Military academy RVSN of a name Peter the Great, a high estimation has given creativity Panin S. the Patriarch Moscow and vseya Russia Аleksiy of the Second.
For merits in sphere of culture and art, long-term fruitful work in the field of painting and high art skill to Paninu Sergey Anatol'evichu in 2004 is appropriated a honorary title « the Deserved artist of the Russian Federation. The artist is awarded for the personal contribution to business of revival and strengthening of traditions of world culture and art by a medal " Talent and a calling ".
Today Panina S.A.'s pictures are in museums of military establishments of culture of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation. His works are included in fund of the governmental gifts.The Ministry of Education and sciences of the Russian Federation and the Russian academy of sciences constantly show special interest to creativity of the painter.
