This painting combines two moods — the aesthetic beauty that fills a home with light, warmth, and subtle reflections, and a touch of humor, so it never feels too serious. It is created with acrylic and oil, enhanced by accents of oil pastel and decorated with hand-sewn crystals. I love how they catch the light and extend the chandelier’s glow beyond the painting itself. I’ve always enjoyed stepping outside the boundaries of the ordinary.
As an interior designer by education, I naturally pay attention to unique chandeliers. In this work, I wanted to express my fascination with them — not just as decorative objects, but as symbols of light, reflection, and delicate radiance, as if the whole canvas is quietly breathing.
To add a playful note, a black cat named Batman appeared on the chandelier. He climbed up high and now looks a bit lost — perhaps wondering how to get down.
This painting is perfect for a cozy, modern interior. It would beautifully complement spaces in neoclassical, French chic, or art deco style, bringing warmth, light, and a gentle smile.
