Biography
Svetlana Yurchenko is a contemporary Russian artist whose work is born at the intersection of nature and modern interior design. She has been drawing since childhood, although she chose to pursue a career as a designer and technologist. Since 2022, she has been studying at the International Academy of Decor, specializing in art with professional artists. In 2024, she participated in the Creative Business Projects Competition in the Moscow Region and was shortlisted. She sells her artwork both in Russia and abroad. She is inspired by nature, flowers, texture, and Vincent van Gogh's paintings. Her style is a combination of contemporary interior art, floral abstraction, and interior design. She uses acrylic, texture pastes, gold leaf, and resin in her artwork. The colors are inspired by nature, and the gold leaf adds a touch of sunlight. She creates her artwork in series, imagining how each piece will add a unique touch to the buyer's interior.
