This sunny plein air painting was created on the island of Koh Phangan, Thailand, during my Qi Gong retreat. The warm wind, turquoise sea, sounds of the jungle, and dazzling sunlight merged into a single feeling of freedom and joy.
I painted it right by the water, watching the wave meet the shore and reflect the sky in every shade of blue and gold. It was a pure moment of movement and light — a celebration of life itself.
