The painting "Portrait of a Bride" is a harmonious pair to the "Portrait of a Groom" from my "Living Gaze" series. Here, cold, glossy silver dominates the background, creating a sharp contrast with the girls warm, matte skin. I deliberately removed the volume from the traditional clothes, leaving only pure graphic lines. All the energy is concentrated in the heroines eyes: covered in gloss, they seem to reflect the light of the room.

This painting is designed as a diptych and perfectly complements the matching "Portrait of a Groom".
