Biography
My name is Maria, and I am an artist whose work is the result of years of dedication to art and a deep desire to grow.
I was born in Belarus in 1986.
My life has always been closely connected to art. Drawing has been an integral part of my life since a young age, and I have honed my skills throughout my long journey of professional growth.
After graduating from art college with honors in 2006, I had a solid foundation to fully unlock my potential.
A significant event for me was my participation in the Belarusian Wreath national competition in the same year. There, my work was awarded the Presidential Prize in the category of decorative and applied arts. This success allowed me to become a part of the Belarusian artistic community, representing a new generation of talented artists.
No matter what I do, my life has always been inextricably linked to art, and it always will be.
Today, I devote most of my time to painting. For me, creating each new painting is an opportunity to explore new aspects of my soul and immerse myself in a world of imagination and inspiration. Through my artwork, I strive to convey emotions that cannot be expressed in words. I am inspired by the quote by Ilya Repin, "Art is born where words end and emotions begin."
I find inspiration in various sources, which serve as keys that open doors to creating unique works of art. I enjoy experimenting with different techniques, textures, styles, and materials in my art. I often paint in the styles of realism, impressionism, and surrealism.
My paintings are in private collections in Russia, Belarus, Denmark, Belgium, Latvia, and the United States.
