Defined by the theorists of the International as «the integration of present or past artistic production into a superior construction of a milieu. Dtournement is akin to satirical parody, but it involves a more straightforward turning-around and intentional imitation of the original, rather than constructing a completely new item that merely alludes to the prototype»». One must also know who the theorists of Lettrism are: Guy Debord, author of the epoch-making «The Society of the Spectacle», and Gil J. Wolman, author of the equally epoch-making «Anti-Concept».

And suddenly everything becomes clear, everything falls into place! ...Of course, some might ask: «And why is this also «The Inner World of a Cat?»» And why not?!
