Biography
Maria Khmelevskaya was born on February 17, 1984 in Tolyatti, Samara region, in the family of a talented fashion designer and a recognized engineer. Parents instilled an artistic vision from childhood. They drew, designed, and drew perfectly, highlighting beauty and aesthetics in everything. Little Masha's favorite activities in childhood were watching ballet, sunset and painting. Maria dreamed of becoming either a designer, a decorator, or a fashion designer. In 2003, she received
a secondary special education in the profession of artistic
modeling and designing clothes. In 2005, inspired by
Edmund Leighton's painting "Accolade", became a prize-winner of the All-Russian
The Kremlin Nail Art Championship. Earlier, she took the Grand Prix for Roerich's paintings (India) on her nails. She was engaged in painting miniatures and modeling. Creativity immersed her in art. In 2007, she graduated from the Faculty
of Psychology, specializing in educational psychology. In 2023, she completed a course in
abstract textural painting. She immersed herself in the world of textures, studied
techniques, developed her own techniques, and found her own style. In 2024, she created
online course of author's techniques. At the moment, she teaches students from all over the world and paints, reveals her philosophy, studies
art.
