Africa. Thirst for life

Now there is a global problem in the world - the disappearance of baobabs. These long-lived trees are dying. Of course, not without human involvement.
I believe that nature has a soul. Thats exactly what I wanted to show with my allegory in the painting.
Africa is depicted in bright colors . Yes, not with the Sahara Desert, but with its beautiful savannah nature.
Here, in the painting, there are baobabs. They reach for the sky, like giraffes with their long necks. Because they have their spotted color.
The bright accent of the painting is a river with black and white stripes. (a reference to the zebra that lives in Africa) Its about time. After all, the water is flowing away... About transience and inevitability. About the inevitability. But its also about the fact that there will always be a white stripe behind the black stripe.
This is such a vivid and at the same time sad picture.
Unique and vibrant. It is suitable for an art space, a childrens room, a bedroom or a living room.
An incredible fantasy picture with a lot of meaning. It reminds me of the movie Avatar.
