It stands out from the series of works and is painted in a slightly different color palette using brighter, sometimes even acidic shades. Here, summer is arguing with autumn. The serene summer does not want to go away, but the bright beauty of autumn takes its toll. Their dispute is reflected by the slight disharmony of the pre-thunderstorm sky and the sunny foot of the mountain. The suns rays breaking through the overhanging clouds, like a hope for the return of summer, albeit not soon, but still. The vines and leaves are dressed in the mottled colors of autumn, from bright yellow to crimson and purple. But at the same time, the almost acidic bright greens, the residual manifestations of summer, argue with them. The transparent, intoxicating air of the foothill valley overwhelms with a sense of freedom. The path, which reflects all the shades of the vineyard and the sky, leads the viewer. It beckons and promises delight, either from the path itself, or from what is seen from the top of this elegant but majestic mountain. It was the feeling of delight that I wanted to convey with this work.
