Biography
Born in the city of Belgorod in 1982. In 2005, graduated from the Belgorod State University of Consumer Cooperatives. Worked in the stores "Velocenter" and "Trial-Sport" as well as a rock climbing instructor at the Industrial College in Belgorod; consultant and climbing instructor at "Alpindustry" company in Moscow and in Azau, Elbrus region. Currently traveling in the Caribbean islands.
I consider myself a self-taught artist. Indeed, at the age of 6, I insisted on being admitted to the art school in Belgorod, although I was not of the appropriate age, but at 9, I quit - got interested in figure skating, and for over 10 years didn't pick up a brush. However, after university, I started attending painting and drawing courses at the Belgorod State National University, separately studying pastel painting. And again - abandoned it, you know, mountaineering, skiing.
I realized that I couldn't escape from painting somewhere around thirty, finding myself with a brush in a small town beyond the Arctic Circle, surrounded by mountains. Where I painted the polar night and the distant sun straight from the window, which illuminated only the tops of the snow-capped mountains but did not set in the city.
After trying out many mediums and techniques: oil, pastel, gouache, and even plasticine, but for the last 5 years, I've been painting with watercolors. I love it for its airiness, color transitions, as well as its character, independent behavior, and the uniqueness of the moment.
