Ripe Mandarin

The citrusy, oh so sour-sweet and slightly bitter tangerine smell. It seemed to float through the studio as I worked on this painting. Orange ripe tangerine, juicy and bright, as a symbol of wealth, longevity and happiness, if you believe the symbolism of Feng Shui.

Technical description of the painting:

The painting is painted in oil on canvas with a stretcher. The size of the painting: 60 by 40 cm.
The sides of the canvas are painted, which allows you to hang the painting without a frame.
There is a suspension, for mounting on the wall in a horizontal format.
Hyperrealism style painting. The fruit on the canvas is painted much larger than a tangerine is in nature.
