Still Life with Maple Leaves

In my youth I was fascinated by the beauty and skill of Flemish and Dutch still lifes. The painting "Still Life with Maple Leaves" is an attempt of a new reading of the traditions of the old masters in making harmonious compositions. The search for pictorial combinations and beauty in ordinary objects.

The plot of the painting is the authors production in the art workshop. Painting the painting took 86 working hours with breaks for drying of layers during four months.

The ends of the painting are painted, which allows the painting to be exhibited without a frame.
The work is quite large in size: 90*70 cm and is painted with an emphasis on warm yellow and red shades of colour. Thanks to this, the still life can become an accent in the interior of your living room, dining room or any other room.

The hanging is done, the painting is completely ready to be placed on the wall. According to your taste, you can decorate it in a baguette frame.

The picture is painted in a single copy. To each of my work I enclose a certificate of conformity in Russian and English. By individual agreement I am ready to organise a personal viewing of my paintings in my studio in St. Petersburg.

At your request I will organise delivery by SDEK, Boxberry, DPD or Russian Post to any point where they deliver.
