Three beauties of the cold season

In Chinese painting, there is a canonical plot "Three Friends of the Cold Season" (pine, bamboo and plum) - a reflection on the virtues manifested in difficult times through symbolism.
In the process of working on this sketch, I came up with a similar metaphor.

Birch has a white trunk at any time of the year. It can be considered a symbol of eternal purity, purity and nobility. I think no one will argue that birch often makes the heart freeze.
Pine also retains its color all year round. The combination of cold green and red is complimentary, by the way. Its beautiful. She has double needles, and therefore it is a symbol of marital fidelity, friendly devotion.
In autumn, mountain ash participates in the bright dance of nature, but does not shed its leaves. They wither on the branches, and the forces accumulated in them during the warm period, the mountain ash directs to berries, which it feeds the birds all winter. Thus, this beauty has earned the status of a symbol of kindness, thrift and generosity, support in difficult times.
