Trigger

We hurt ourselves by not recognizing something in ourselves, or being afraid of something in ourselves, or when we try to conform to something, especially when it is repugnant to our nature. When we are repeatedly triggered by accidentally thrown words (in which there may have been nothing offensive), but we are hooked and we start eating ourselves from the inside with internal dialogues again and again, just because we cannot change the vector of our thoughts and internal reactions in the right direction for ourselves.
It is made on canvas (cardboard). It is varnished. Written in October 2022.
