Poetry

This oil painting on canvas measures 40x50 cm and is stretched on a 4 cm wide gallery frame with painted edges. It requires no framing. It has all the necessary fastenings and is ready to hang on the wall.

"Poetry" is from the "Circus" series. While working on this painting, I became fascinated by reading Sergei Yesenins biography. It bears a striking resemblance to his image. Thats why it was named this way. I wanted to leave the work exactly as it is, slightly unfinished.
