The painting depicts a South African Strelittia plant with bright, bizarre inflorescences. The shape of the flowers is very original, somewhat similar to a bird with a huge beak and a ruffled tuft. The bright sharp shapes of the petals, the spreading foliage form a motley composition of the work centered on the beauty of the flower. Turquoise shades of the stems and the inside of the foliage in combination with fiery orange flowers set an unusual attractive color scheme. The delicate dark blue core attracts attention.
