Scarlet poppies

Painting with scarlet poppies.

When I look at this picture, I imagine a huge fiery field on which the wind sways red poppies. Delicate poppy petals flutter in the wind. I tried to convey the play of the red color of these magnificent flowers.

I used brushes and pallete knife to reflect my idea of fragility and strength of this flowers.
