Karpovka embankment

This is one of my favourite spots in St.Petersburg, Ive spent hours there drawing or just sitting and looking at these buildings, at all these windows wondering about the lives hidden inside. The interesting thing about architecture in St.Petersburg is that there are layers of history and different lifestyles all combined and mixed in each neighbourhood. And standing in a spot like the one I painted it seems that you could almost physically touch the past centuries if it wasnt for the river dividing you from the buildings.
The painting is created on 300gsm canvas textured paper using professional quality acrylic paints, color pencils and acrylic markers and covered with UV protective transparent age resistant fixative. Not framed but I suggest using a larger frame with white mats (5-7cm wide on each side at least).
The artwork would be shipped in a tube, safely packed and fully trackable at all times.
