SOUL KEEPERS

According to maritime beliefs, seagulls are the souls of dead sailors, which is why their cries are so plaintive. They fly over the boundless ocean expanses and cry out to the living to remember those who have left them...
I heard seagulls cry all the time I was painting this artwork.

Mostly I work out of the moment with acrylic paints, textured paste, gold leaf, acrylic ink, brushes and palette knifes. The mixture of different materials is feature of my works.
