Biography

Hello my dear friends!
I'm Sergey Bondarev, I live and paint in the south of Russia - it is the Volga delta with its beautiful nature and great history.
By education I am a professional musician, but always engaged in drawing. I have experience in selling my paintings on foreign sites. My paintings are in private collections in Russia, Europe, America and Japan.
In my work, I try to convey the impression of the subject, rather than to achieve photographic accuracy and correctness.
Color is important to me, and I admire the work of current and past Impressionists.
The work done must be pleasant to the senses, and if it expresses my impression of the subject, so much the better.
