Rome place

On an ordinary pizza box, a slice of timeless beauty has been captured with the stroke of an artists brush. The stark commercial surface, once intended for branding, now blossoms into a richly textured landscape that evokes the sunny charm of the heart of Rome, which holds the memory of centuries in stone.
In the foreground of the painting, two graceful pine trees reach for the sky, their dark branches silhouetted against a glowing azure sky. Their twisted trunks frame the scene like silent sentinels, directing the viewers gaze towards the sun-drenched landscape. In the shadow of the pines are ruins and remains of ancient buildings.

The original printed elements of the pizza box peek through as faint echoes of the everyday: the Cyrillic alphabet and the word ‘pizz...’ are partially obscured by art. These fragments of commercial text serve as a skillful contrast, emphasising the transformation of the disposable into the eternal.
